How does the 14-day trial work?
An eligible first-time user gets 14 days free for one shop from signup — no card, no checkout. You can use Professional features during the trial, capped at 4 seats and 25 customers. Subscribe before the trial ends and those caps are lifted straight away.
When do I need a card?
Only when you choose a plan. Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial, and if you decide the app is not for you, simply stop using it — there is no card on file to cancel.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Go to Plans & pricing inside the app and choose Manage billing. From there you can cancel, switch plans, or update your payment method. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
