Terms of service
Last updated 22 August 2026
1. Who we are
Print-It 26 is a cloud-based print management system operated at https://print-it26.com. These terms form an agreement between you (the shop that subscribes) and us. By creating an account you accept them.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping sign-in credentials safe, and for everything your team members do under your shop. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.
3. Trials, subscriptions and billing
- Each eligible first-time user may start one shop with a 14-day trial and Professional features, capped at 4 seats and 25 customers. No payment card or checkout is required to start the trial. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per person; an invited team member joins the inviting shop instead of starting another shop trial.
- The free trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. When it ends, working areas are locked until you actively choose a plan and complete Stripe checkout.
- A paid subscription begins only after you choose a plan and confirm its price and billing interval in Stripe checkout. Paid subscriptions renew for the same interval until cancelled. Stripe processes card details directly; we receive subscription and payment identifiers and status, but never your full card number.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
4. Your data
Your quotes, orders, customers, files and other content remain yours. You grant us the limited right to host and process that content so we can operate the service. You can export your data using the built-in export tools while your trial or subscription is active. When access ends, working areas are locked; your content is retained for up to 90 days so you can resubscribe and restore access, request an export, or ask us to delete it. After that retention period it may be deleted permanently.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content;
- attempt to access another shop's data, or probe or disrupt the service;
- resell or white-label the service without our written agreement;
- use the service to send unsolicited bulk email;
- share one login between people. Each seat is for a single named person. We record the devices and approximate locations a login is used from, sign out older devices when the same login appears elsewhere, and may ask you to add seats where sharing is evident.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless we agree one in writing. Planned maintenance is announced in the app where practical.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost production time.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Questions? Email us at , use the contact details on your invoices, or the support link in the app. See also our privacy policy.
