Security and your data

Print-It 26 is built and run by a small independent team, not a venture-backed platform with a call centre. When you email support, the reply comes from a person who can read the code. We would rather tell you plainly what the product does and does not do than dress it up.

Every record — customers, quotes, orders, materials, invoices, files — belongs to exactly one shop, and every read and write is checked against your shop on the server. Access rules live in the database itself, so a request that asks for another shop's row gets nothing back, regardless of what the browser sends.

Roles are enforced the same way. A production or shop-floor login is never sent cost or margin figures; the numbers are removed on the server, not hidden in the interface.

• Sign in with email and password, or with Google or Apple.
• Passwords are stored as hashes by our authentication provider; we never see them.
• Traffic to and from the site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
• You control who has a seat, and can remove a colleague's access at any time.

The database is managed and backed up automatically by our hosting provider, and the application runs on their global edge network. If something goes badly wrong on our side, you will hear it from us rather than read about it later.

Your data stays yours. Every major list — customers, quotes, orders, invoices, inventory — exports to CSV from inside the app, at any time, on any plan, including during the 14-day trial. There is no export fee and no request queue.

The public demo is a separate, read-only example shop. It contains invented data only, it cannot reach any real shop's records, and nothing you click inside it is saved.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please tell us before telling anyone else: email the team with the steps to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt, keep you updated while we fix it, and credit you if you would like us to.
